Try asking for more pillows at check-in, as the available ones can be quite thin.

We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room "Bergidyll" with Balcony. The space was perfect for our family, super clean and comfy with a nice little balcony for enjoying the mountain views. After long days skiing, the warm pool and saunas were a great way to unwind. The beds were a bit thin on pillows, but honestly, the room felt cozy overall. The bathroom was nice and clean too, which was a big plus for us.

Cozy ski getaway!
We had a blast staying here! The food was top-notch, especially the kids' buffet, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing after skiing all day. Staff, including Johan, were super friendly and went the extra mile for us. Just a heads up that getting to and from the slopes can be a bit tricky if you’re not prepared.

The grilled dishes were incredible—each bite transported me to a flavorsome paradise! Plus, the wellness area with its array of saunas was the perfect place to unwind. Not to mention the stunning mountain views that turned every morning into an art display!
I must say, the breakfast was a tad underwhelming with just a few choices, mainly cold meats and cheeses. But with the excellent dinner offerings, it still shined bright!

I loved my stay at the Alphof in Alpbach. The Deluxe Family Room "Bergidyll" was spacious and clean, with beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Every morning started off right with an incredible breakfast buffet that had a solid selection. The swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after long days on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, particularly the evening meals that featured a nice variety. The kids really enjoyed the kiddie buffet, and our overall dining experience felt well thought out. a kettle in the room would've been nice. Access to the parking garage felt a bit tight, and the ski bus schedule could have been more frequent, especially for early skiers. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still found the hotel accommodating and enjoyable.

Access to the parking garage felt tight, and it would’ve been helpful to have some guidance for larger vehicles. While the hotel had good food options, the breakfast variety was underwhelming, feeling repetitive after a few days. I also noticed the swimming pool can get crowded quickly, which diminished the relaxation experience. The ski bus schedule could be tricky, as it really only starts running at 8:45 AM, so if you’re eager to hit the slopes early, plan accordingly. Finally, some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, which might not suit everyone’s taste.

the hotel was super comfy, big rooms with a nice sofa and table. breakfast was amazing, plenty of options. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the views from the balcony were just breathtaking. we also loved the afternoon snacks, yum! definitely a great stay!
the pool was way too cold and not enough sun loungers available. also, walking to the bus stop was a hassle, especially uphill with all the gear.

The spaciousness of the Deluxe Family Room was perfect for us, accommodating all four of us comfortably. After a long day on the slopes at Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschonau, we appreciated the warm pool and sauna facilities, which were great for unwinding. The meals were delicious, offering a good variety each evening, and the kids particularly loved the kiddie buffet. My only suggestion would be the addition of a kettle and minibar in the room, especially for younger guests.

It was just a reliable pick for a break on long journey in Alpbach with good price-value balance. The breakfast had a great selection that kept the family happy, especially the kids who loved the variety. Make sure to check the bus times early to avoid long walks back from the slopes.
